فراخوان رقابت عکاسی پرتره گالری ۱۹۵۰ منتشر شد.

■ به گزارش فستیوارت بر اساس خبر منتشر شده در گالری آنلاین، رقابت عکاسی پرتره، با هدف نمایش برترین آثار در جهت ارائه شخصیت سوژه ی مورد نظر عکاس، در لس آنجلس برگزار میشود.
■ چالش ثبت روحیات و آنچه در پس چهره انسان نهفته است نیازمند مهارت های فنی و نگاهی هنرمندانه، تلفیق تکنیک، درک و شهود در انتقال فکر است.
در این رویداد نمایش غریزه و شخصیت سوژه مورد نظر است و ۵۰ اثر انتخاب خواهند شد و در لس آنجلس به نمایش در می آیند.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Along with the completed application form, please submit your work according to the following guidelines:

Digital File Submission:
We accept digital files through our online submission form. All image files should be submitted as JPGs. Your submission images should be smaller than than 1 MB each to conserve space on our server. A good rule of thumb is to set the image resolution to 72 ppi and keep the long side of the image under 1024 pixels. Lightroom has an image export setup already configured for this. If you use the Lightroom export setup you can also rename your images at the same time to ensure proper titling and credit on our website; your files should be titled as follows: YourImageTitle_by_firstName_lastName.jpg

…for example: MyBeautifulPhoto_by_Ansel_Adams.jpg

Also, if possible, please put the title of your photo in the caption metadata of your digital file. It should formatted like this: “Photo title” by Artist Name.

These simple guidlines make sure your photo does not wind up as “untitled” when the competition results are published on our website.

Submission Fee:
$۳۵ for the first 5 images, $5 for each additional image. Credit card or PayPal payments can be made using the PayPal link. Submissions are non-refundable. Applicants must be 18 or over. We accept international submissions.

Acceptance:
Selected photographs will be posted on the website within one week after the deadline, along with instructions for submitting work for exhibition. An email will also be sent out when the collection is posted.

Sales:
Selected artists may choose to offer their work for sale. The gallery retains 50% of the sale price. There is a 9.25% California sales tax.

Photographs have the opportunity to be part of an online silent charity auction to benefit worthy causes. 1650 encourages all accepted artists to participate but it is not mandatory. We will provide additional info to accepted artists who fall into this category.

Use Rights:
Artists whose submissions are accepted for exhibition grant 1650 Gallery the right to use their images for the purpose of marketing the exhibition, marketing related programs, and subsequent display on the 1650 Gallery website, unless indicated otherwise. The artist’s name and photo title will be included in the exhibition, and wherever the work is displayed.
