فراخوان طراحی لوگو برای کنگره زمستانی دوچرخه سواری سال ۲۰۱۸ منتشر شد.

■ این رقابت توسط پروژه حمایت از دوچرخه سواری روسیه با عنوان «بیا دوچرخه سواری کنیم» برگزار می شود. هدف این مسابقه خلق یک لوگوتایپ و المان هویتی کلیدی برای ششمین کنگره دوچرخه سواری زمستانی است که در روزهای ۸ تا ۱۰ فوریه سال ۲۰۱۸ در مسک برگزار خواهد شد
■ کنگره بین المللی دوچرخه سواری توسط فدراسیون دوچره سواری زمستانی | Winter Cycling Federation و بصورت سالانه از سال ۲۰۱۳ برگزار می شود. در این گردهمایی صدها متخصص از گوشه و کنار جهان برای بحث درباره فرصت های جابجایی با دوچرخه در شهرهای دارای آب و هوای سرد و نیز ایجاد و حمایت از زیرساخت های دوچرخه سواری در تمام سال و بهبود فرهنگ دوچرخه سواری در کشورهای شمالی بحث و تبادل نظر می شود. کنفرانس سال گذشته در مونترال کانادا برگزار گردید و بیش از ۴۰۰ شرکت کننده را به خود جذب کرد. مسکو بعنوان شهر میزبان بعدی درنظر گرفته شده است.

the international Winter Cycling Congress in Moscow
February 8-10, 2018
Preamble
The 6th Winter Cycling Congress will take place in Moscow on February 8-10, 2018. The Winter Cycling Congress was first established by the Winter Cycling Federation, www.wintercycling.org in 2013. A host city is chosen annually by the members of the Winter Cycling Federation from among the cities that submitted their applications to host the Congress. The Winter Cycling Congress gathers hundreds of experts from every corner of the globe to discuss opportunities for the cycling mobility in the cold climate cities, building and maintaining the year-round bicycle infrastructure, and also popularizing and promoting cycling culture in northern countries. Official languages of the Winter Cycling Congress in Moscow are Russian and English. Official web-page www.wcc2018.ru
Contest policies
- The Organizer of the Contest is the Russian cycling advocacy project Let’s bike it! (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The Contest is held from June 22 to August 1, 2017.
- The object of the Contest is to create a logotype and key identity elements for the 6th Winter Cycling Congress which will take place in Moscow on February 8-10, 2018.
- Subject of the Contest
۴٫۱٫ A participant’s bid must contain:
— .ai or .eps file with a logotype of the Congress (colour and black-and-white versions);
— guidelines of the ways of using a logotype with different background colours;
— ways of using a logotype in advertisement, souvenir marketing, etc;
— an offer of proprietary fonts, colours, style making elements.`
۴٫۲٫ A logotype must be made with both official languages of the venue: Russian and English. It’s applicable to use both languages simultaneously for a single logotype composition.

- Submitting the application
۵٫۱٫ In order to take part in the Contest an application must be sibmitted on www.wcc2018.ru/logo from June 22 to July 22, 2017.
۵٫۲٫ Everybody is free to send their works without restrictions on age, country origine or quantity of people in a team.
۵٫۳٫ Participation is free of charge.
۵٫۴٫ Contest bids can be submitted in Russian or in English.
- Contest award
۶٫۱٫ A prize for the first place (winner) is 70 000 Rubles (1000 Euro).
۶٫۲٫ By the will of the Organizer and the Jury the prize can be reduced to a half in case a winner’s work needs a significant modification.
- Winner selection process
۷٫۱٫ The Competitive Jury is created to select the winner of the Contest. The Jurz Board is formed by the Organizer and published on the website of the Winter Cycling Congress 2018 www.wcc2018.ru.
۷٫۲٫ The information about the winner will be published on the website of the Winter Cycling Congress 2018 during 10 calendar days after the Contest ends.
۷٫۳٫ The Organizer reserves the right not to award any of the participants as a winner.
- Contest criterias.
When choosing the winner the Jury follows the next criterias:
— the concept and the main ideas of the Contest are reflected: a bicycle is a comfortable year-round transport in winter cities all over the world;
— aesthetic attractiveness of suggested decisions;
— completeness of the materials given for the review of the Jury;
— correspondence with the object and the subject of the Contest;
— other factors at the discretion of the Jury.
- Information and change of the Rules of the Contest.
۹٫۱٫ The Organizer reserves the right to change the Rules and the procedure of the Contest.
۹٫۲٫ Information about conditions, terms, other changes will be delivered through the website of the Winter Cycling Congress 2018 www.wcc2018.ru.
۹٫۳٫ The Contest is recognized as cancelled if less than two participants are registered. In case it happens the Organizer publishes this information on the website of the Winter Cycling Congress 2018 www.wcc2018.ru.
- Every participant who submitted the application confirms his (or her) copyright for the contents of his (or her) competition bid.
- Every participant gives the Organizer the right to use the contents of his (or her) contest bid without restrictions on terms and the territory of usage.
- The fact of participation implies acquaintance and full agreement of the participant with present policies. The participant agrees on the processing of personal data with the aim of the Contest.
